On Saturday 27 January we’ll be holding our first street stall of 2018 outside the Guildhall on Market Square Cambridge, as part of a national day of action highlighting the multiple threats Brexit poses to the NHS. Please come along and join us!
Whether it’s reduced funding due to slowing economic growth, the loss of vital staff from other EU member states, concerns about timely access to medicines and radiotherapy post-Brexit, and the ever looming danger that a desperate Government may sign a trade deal with the USA that leads to privatization of the NHS, Brexit threatens the future of an NHS that is already overstretched and under-resourced.
This day of action is being held in association with the European Movement.
