On a dark and cold evening of 31st October 2019 a crowd of over a hundred gathered outside Cambridge Guildhall to celebrate another No Brexit Day, and to listen to speeches from local politicians and campaigners from across our area.
As a general election campaign begins that will determine whether we can stop Brexit and build a better future for the UK inside the EU, Cambridge Stays chair Paul Browne urged the candidates from different parties to work together to prevent Boris Johnson getting a majority. If we can do that we can get the People’s Vote we know we can win!
You can watch videos of many of the speeches on Antony Carpen’s YouTube channel at https://youtu.be/HjNtqwtr1yg
